• Business Accounts: For companies, enterprises, and businesses of all sizes seeking to engage with a global travel audience.
• Premium Accounts: Enhanced features for dedicated travelers

2.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. For users under 18, parental consent is required. For Australian users, we comply with the Online Safety Act 2021.

3. User Content

3.1 Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to content you post on Camberin ("User Content"). By posting content, you grant Camberin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content in connection with the Services.

3.2 Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will:

• Be authentic and represent your genuine travel experiences
• Not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Not infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Not contain hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Not promote illegal activities or violate local laws
• Not contain sexually explicit or inappropriate content
• Not be spam or commercial solicitation

3.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Collect user information without consent
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal transactions
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code

6. Premium Services and Payments

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 No Travel Services

Camberin is a platform for sharing travel experiences and information. We do not provide travel booking, accommodation, or transportation services. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated travel information.

9.2 "As Is" Service

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your travel decisions, safety, and compliance with local laws. Camberin is not liable for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from your travel activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Exclusion of Damages

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CAMBERIN, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF CAMBERIN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10.2 Security & Unauthorized Access

CAMBERIN ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT; (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICE; OR (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CAMBERIN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.

10.3 Liability Cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAMBERIN’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, PROCEEDINGS, LIABILITIES, OBLIGATIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR COSTS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CAMBERIN FOR THE SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10.4 Fundamental Basis

THE LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN CAMBERIN AND YOU. THE SERVICES WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS.

11. Third-Party Suppliers & Travel Risks

11.1 No Responsibility for Third Parties

Camberin provides a platform for travel discovery and intelligence. We do not own, operate, or control any airlines, hotels, tour operators, or transportation providers (“Third-Party Suppliers”). All bookings, logistics, and services provided by these Third-Party Suppliers are subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. You agree that Camberin is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, warranties, or negligence of any such Third-Party Suppliers, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

11.2 Accuracy of Intelligence

While Camberin uses advanced intelligence to provide recommendations (including "Neighborhood-level" and "Hidden Gem" alerts), all such information is provided on an "as-is" basis. Travel conditions, safety levels, and local laws change rapidly. You are solely responsible for verifying travel requirements (including visas, vaccinations, and safety advisories) and for exercising your own judgment before acting on any recommendation provided by the Service.

11.3 Voluntary Assumption of Risk

By using the Service to plan or document travel, you acknowledge that international and domestic travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to health risks, political instability, and natural disasters. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with such travel. Camberin shall not be liable for any disruption to your travel plans, including cancellations or delays by Third-Party Suppliers.

11.4 User-Generated Content

The Service displays travel "logs" and photos from other users. Camberin does not verify the accuracy or safety of user-posted routes or advice. Reliance on any user-generated content is strictly at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Camberin, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your User Content, (c) your use of the Services, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support@camberin.com.

13.2 By Camberin

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will provide notice when practicable.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Camberin is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial.

14.3 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing claims in small claims court or seeking injunctive relief in court.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Camberin.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. Camberin may assign these Terms without restriction.
